had physiotherapy today. my physiotherapist sonia was on mc so i was kinda disappointed. she's really nice and patient. i think my ankle's getting worse because i can't tiptoe very well. i got quite worried but couldn't ask sonia because she wasn't there. the therapist who attended to me today didn't seem to know anything about my ankle so she said to wait for sonia to come back and help. it was such a wasted trip, really.
i went out for dinner on saturday without the brace and it hurt like hell. and my dad's car was parked quite some distance away so it was quite bad i guess. i really wanna get off my ankle brace soon. ):
parents-principal meeting on saturday morning. our first big ct job. it went quite well i think. really smooth. i felt dumb ushering though, because i don't really know how to do it. it doesn't feel quite right standing there like a wax figure. boo. i wanna be in traffic control next time. it's really easy. just follow the first guy on the driveway (who gets all the crap from the traffic control teacher-in-charge too). but the first guy on saturday happened to be joel boon. poor joel! he looked so flustered. >.< heh. he didn't seem to mind doing all the work though. (: haha so selfless. yep talked to julian after the function. one of our first real talks in 12 years! he said hi to my mum when she came to pick me up. he was so shy with her. :D
had chemistry tuition after the meeting. i really love the tuition so much. probably because there's only kenneth and pamela and i, so it's quite close and personal. (: i really hate those huge tuition classes where nobody knows anybody else. ugh. ew i can't believe i actually look forward to tuition .that sounds so muggerish.
and then i went for my first physics tuition lesson on sunday. saw yunhua there but she was a make-up student so she wouldn't be there next week.): there's this really pretty girl named rachel who's in vj too! (: in krit's class. alright! at least i wouldn't be too lonely in tuition. i talked to her after the class and she seems really nice. so yay. the girl sitting in front of me looks really really familiar. i think she's an ex-taonanite too. hm. the class seemed so dead! not like my chemistry class. it was so silent and freezing cold. like a graveyard. hm.
strings tomorrow. i can deal with that. (: syf is coming soon so yep pretty worried about our playing. which is not too bad i guess but i don't think it's good enough to compete with rjc and hcjc and acjc. oh man. i hope we can get a silver at least. hm. i know zhongyu's really freaking out. he's practically starting a countdown. there're only 2 strings people running for exco. sherilyn and i. haha that's quite a joke. calvin's asking us to get other people to run. as if! haha.

the funfair on saturday went really well!
surprisingly our stall was rather popular so we were really busy. cool.
i won a lightstick from floorbowl frenzy. well actually i kinda sucked at it but they gave me second prize anyway cuz they said i'm their fellow victorian. heh. yo vjc wassup! and i won first prize from that smash-the-mothball-as-it-comes-down-a-tube game. the first prize was a bottle of bubble solution, which rocks in theory, but in actual fact the bubble solution doesn't really produce bubbles. so i won a useless bottle of alkaline, actually. i left it on the floorball frenzy stall counter. what're stall neighbours for, huh? :)
got home at around 10 plus and talked to kenneth on the msn. he made me realise how much i miss those days. i got offline at 2 am and lay in bed just thinking of those crazy times at the playground more than ten years ago with julian and kenneth. it gave me such a sweet and nostalgic feeling. man i'd give anything to relive those days again. things are so different now even with julian being in vjc ct council with me. i guess we've all grown up and our priorities in life have changed from cartoons and tricycles to cca and lectures. now i know why peter pan wants to stay in neverneverland forever.
physiotherapy today was so tiring! now my ankle really aches like mad. ouchies. bet i'd have some difficulty walking tomorrow. but oh well it's good for me. or so i think. :) i got to school really really late today. like at 12pm. i actually bothered returning for physics tutorial and math lecture and chemistry lecture and chemistry tutorial and ct locker adhoc meeting. yes i am the model student of vjc. give me a medal please.
being in the locker adhoc sounds quite tiring + fulfilling. yay gerald and i are the official locker busters of ct council. so we just basically go round busting the lockers of illegal occupants. :)beats doing the locker paperwork anyway. haha busting lockers is actually quite mean. i hope my conscience hibernates every time i break some innocent person's lock. but maybe the illegal locker occupant isn't so innocent after all. yep. we should have a ct council locker adhoc cheer! yay! haha.
tomorrow is mathew's birthday. happy birthday!

hrmphx i've got so much to say.
i saw sammy and yvonne and fiona today. they came back for music fest. it was really good to see them! i really miss the original batch of ct initiates. ct council just feels different now that a few of them have gone, and some classes had re-elections and changed their ct rep. it's just weird because ct training camp was supposed to have bonded us but now quite a few have left the council so it's all back to square one. hm.
i'm going for physiotherapy now. it kinda hurts doing all those weird exercises. ouchies. going for physiotherapy made me realise just how useless my ankle is. and it's so frustrating to know that i can't do the simplest stuff like balancing on one leg and tiptoeing and squatting without using my hands. it kinda makes me wanna scream and throw a temper tantrum. but my therapist is quite patient and nice so i don't really mind it. i'm going back to the hospital for physio on monday morning. whee i get to skip a bit of school. heh cheap thrill.
school's been pretty good lately. vjc really rocks big time. i'm getting quite used to the lecture system so i pay more attention now. :) the vjc uniform is such a light colour though. i get stressed eating anything that isn't white. or sitting opposite someone eating something that isn't white. heh. makes me remember that time during recess when clara managed to get prawn noodle soup on sheeyin's shirt even though sheeyin was sitting across the table from her.
zhongyi and i can finish one big cup of milo together in 16 seconds. that's pretty good eh? we're aiming for 15s next monday. :)
we have four new intakers into s16. shiling from mjc. she's an ex-rafflesian too and i kinda remember her from rgs, so it was pretty good to see a familiar face. junkiat from ajc. he's so crappy and funny he gives ashwin a run for his money. aaron from hcjc, who swapped places with dennis. :D he's so quiet and thoughtful and it makes you think he's all wise and deep. and there's mathew who joined the very very small group of 05s16 athletes. he's quite friendly and nice and he knows mark from ngee ann sec, so it's a good thing that he's got someone to help him. junkiat and mathew take chinese, so our chinese class group is expanding. heh.
i miss the first intakers who left. samantha and hoying and yvonne and dennis and zhiyong and peiyi. i know jiaying kinda misses sam because she commented on how someone in the lecture theatre has the same bag as sam. sheesh the pae sucks. the sooner the government does away with it the better.
we have some aljunied grc funfair tomorrow. all the ct initiates and councillors have to go. hm. i don't really mind but we have to report so early tomorrow! at 12.30. when the funfair starts at 6.00! hm seems like something's not right huh. guess it's something to do with all those security checks just because the prime minister's coming. there's even a bomb sweep. like hello we're an innocent bunch of jc kids. no one's gonna assassinate the prime minister. well if we were really determined to kill him we'd make do with the 12 darts from my stall yeah? sheesh i think the darts are kind of top-heavy. they're meant for popping balloons but they deny all laws of projectile motion and head straight for the ground. i think we're cheating people's money. it's fraud really. i'd be really amazed if anyone did manage to pop anything and win stuff.
so yep think i'll better get started on decorating my metal tin for tomorrow. i hope i don't lose it. the ct councillors gave it out on thursday morning and 05s16 had to spend the rest of the day picking up the tin after me. hm. :) whee. i hope the fair goes alright tomorrow! :)
